Potloc's mission is, on one hand, to help retail entrepreneurs to find the right location for their new businesses and, on the other hand, help landlords to rent their empty storefronts. To do so, Potloc asks the residents to vote for the next store they would like to see open in their neighborhood. Potloc.com is the web platform where all the vacant storefronts are listed, where the entrepreneurs describe their retail projects and where the citizens are doing the match-making by expressing their needs and preferences.
