As an audio production company we specialise in the producing, arranging and mixing of music. We also produce music teaching aid books for teachers and students alike that comes with their own cd's Albums, Music Teaching materials, overdub, Mixing, Audio arrangment. Our label is already in production of 4 albums, with pre-signed artists (awaiting final contracts), and more are on the waiting list. We are presently looking into financing the company with an equity of 5% for a single silent investor with no decision making or financial liabilities, so that we can finish the recording contracts and the business plan as we are at the point in our company life that we have to expand to a propper commercial set up for recording and producing and hire more employees. If there is more than one investor, the 5% will be split per ratio of investment.
