The Company offers a range of high performing kayaks and accessories under the following brands: •Riot Kayaks, established in 1996, is known as a leader in Whitewater kayaking. KD acquired Riot in 2009 via a repurchase of the assets of Voodoo Technologies. •Boreal Design, acquired in 2011, is a leader in premium sea kayaks. •Acquired as part of the Boreal Design acquisition, Beluga Outdoor Gear is primarily accessories for kayak industry. •KD acquired Seaward Kayaks TX Boats (themoform boats) with an option to purchase the rest of the business. Seaward’s kayaks are highly regarded in the industry, command a premium price for its lighter and cheaper boats that compare well with the top of the line composite boats. The Company, headquartered in Quebec, has retail and distribution customers globally, with major markets being U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia. It is currently in the process of further expanding its manufacturing capabilities to a brand new building.
